[INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA, October 29, 2025—] From October 7–10, 2025, THG Automation’s Canadian partner BTH Sales hosted a live demonstration event in Ontario, offering manufacturers a hands-on look at the THG Automation collaborative welding system and the Siegmund welding table that supports it.
The event brought together local fabricators, engineers, and business owners eager to see how these two technologies work together to deliver exceptional welding performance. The Siegmund table’s flat, heat-resistant surface provides the ideal foundation for THG Automation’s cobot systems, ensuring accuracy, stability, and efficiency during every weld.
Throughout the open house, attendees were invited to bring their own workpieces for live welding demonstrations. The THG Automation team customized the Siegmund setup to mount the Fronius welding power source directly to the table, creating a seamless, space-efficient workstation. Visitors watched the cobot in action, performing precise welds on a variety of materials all while learning how easily the system adapts to real-world applications.
Guests also enjoyed local favorites like Stratford’s famous sandwiches and Mennonite donuts, adding a welcoming touch to the technical showcase.
Hands-On Learning and Lasting Partnerships
The open house marked another milestone in the ongoing partnership between THG Automation and BTH Sales, now three years strong. With live samples, on-screen welding displays, and guided instruction, attendees gained firsthand experience in just how intuitive the THG Automation software is. Even those new to welding were able to pick up the programming basics in minutes demonstrating how collaborative automation lowers the barrier to entry for modern fabrication.
Why the Siegmund Table Matters
A reliable foundation is essential for consistent welds. The Siegmund welding table’s strength, heat resistance, and precision make it the perfect companion for THG Automation’s cobot systems. Together, they deliver a balanced solution built for accuracy, repeatability, and long-term performance.
The event was a success for everyone involved celebrating innovation, collaboration, and the growing reach of automation technology across North America.
THG Automation’s systems are sourced, built, and supported in Canada by its dedicated team, ensuring local expertise, responsive service, and long-term reliability for the manufacturers they serve.
